Application and Consumer Protection
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer conclude with The Active Brands Group Scandinavia AB, organization number 559008-0171, hereinafter referred to as “ABG”. To safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are applied to all purchases on 

Personal data
Read more about our processing of personal data in our  Privacy Policy. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation. The personal data controller is The Active Brands Group Scandinavia AB (org. no. 559008-0171). ABG’s customer register contains personal data such as name, social security number, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP number. The purpose of ABG’s processing of collected personal data is to use this to: 

a. Complete purchases with ABG 

b. Enable targeted marketing by e-mail, SMS and other channels based on your previous purchases or use of ABG’s channels.

Klarna will collect personal data about you in connection with payment. Klarna is thus the personal data controller for such personal data according to Klarna’s terms and conditions 

. ABG will share the personal data with the shipping companies required to be able to complete and deliver an order. 

If an order is placed for an item that is shipped directly from the supplier, ABGs will send over the information needed to complete and fulfill an order from the supplier. When you use Chat and/or FAQ, Zendesk may manage and store personal data such as phone number, first and last name, address, e-mail, IP number that you provide yourself to be able to log and save history from previous chats.

When you as a customer choose and e-mail ABGs, your e-mail address and e-mail history will be saved to make it possible and easier to follow up and respond to a matter. 

No data will be sold on to third parties or forwarded to third countries. 

General about the
processing of personal data All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Responsible for the treatment is ABG. 

We only save personal data for as long as it is necessary, after which it is deleted. If data is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request damages if the processing of your personal data has not complied with the law.

Prices and Fees
The prices stated on are stated including value added tax (VAT). . Prices include free shipping from SEK 299, unless otherwise stated. Special fees are added for invoicing, packages ordered for express delivery and for unredeemed packages. 

Establishment of purchase agreements
ABG’s goods are ordered at or via our customer service. A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by ABG via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. By ordering, you accept these Terms. ABG does not enter into contracts with minors (under 18) without the guardian’s approval. At, contracts can only be entered into with customers with a delivery address in Sweden. 

In the normal case, the goods are sent to the nearest PostNord delivery point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to the mobile phone number specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 1 – 4 working days from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. 

In connection with your order being sent from ABG’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address. The package should then reach you within 2 working days. If you have not received your delivery within 2 working days, please contact customer service. 

Unclaimed Packages/Shipments
Packages that have not been collected within fourteen (14) days will be returned to ABG. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of SEK 299 (SEK) for costs attributable to ABG’s administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. 

Right of withdrawal/return
As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for you to feel completely safe with your purchase, ABG instead offers a full three hundred and sixty-five (365) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item or a substantial part of it.

If you want to return your item for exchange or repurchase during this time, please use the enclosed return slip (if you’ve lost it, contact customer service and we’ll send you a new one). If you choose to send your item back with the attached return slip, ABG charges SEK 49 (SEK) including VAT, which is deducted from the value of the item in connection with the refund. If you choose to send the item in another way, you are responsible for the cost yourself. Returns cannot be sent against cash on delivery/cash on delivery.

After the return has been received and approved, the refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from when ABG received the return. Refunds are only made by deposit to a bank account, not in cash. Costs for services linked to delivery such as express pack and cash on delivery fee are not refunded in the case of a return.

You as a customer of course have the right to try and examine the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 365 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the desired exchange will be carried out. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as the customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value of the product.

When returning, you bear the risk for the product, therefore it is important that the product cannot be damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be made, the item must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging, all labels must remain and manuals must be sent with it. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not stuck to the original packaging.

When buying hygiene items, underwear and swimwear, the seal must not be broken, such goods with a broken seal cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply at all to goods that have been manufactured or changed in accordance with your special wishes. 

To enable a possible return, you need to be able to prove the purchase and ABG recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.

If an item deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and ABG or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the item that ABG has given, the item can be returned. Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint, the right of complaint does not cover, for example, faults caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to ABG must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, but within 3 years at the latest. ABG reserves the right to remedy the fault in the first instance, redelivery of the product in the second instance and repurchase in the last instance. When making a complaint, use the enclosed return slip (if you’ve lost it, contact customer service and we’ll send you a new one). ABG has no possibility to reimburse the cost of return shipping afterwards. 

Return of campaign goods
In the case of purchases that qualify for a gift or extra discount, the value of the gift or extra discount is considered a general discount on the entire amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price minus their relative share of the general discount. There is no recalculation of the original basis for the gift or discount in case of exchange. 

Promotion or offer of such gift or extra discount is only available for new purchases via the marketplace and cannot be obtained retroactively. Gift or discount cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when exchanged for another item. 

Transport damage
ABG is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Claims for transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the goods have not been damaged in transit. ABG recommends that you report any transport damage directly on site to the delivery agent and then contact ABG’s customer service. Remember to keep all packaging and the product’s packaging in the event of transport damage. 

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. 

By leaving information at checkout, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. By clicking “Complete purchase” you agree to ABG’s general terms and conditions.

Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. Any credit information is never taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but when necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, e.g. banks. After you have been identified, Klarna Checkout displays which options are available to you. Invoice is the default payment option, but you can of course freely choose one of the other options, such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. The options you are offered may change from time to time.

“We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with  Klarna’s own privacy notice .” 

Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond ABG’s reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, ABG’s obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed for as long as the circumstance prevails . If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and ABG have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages. 

Price and Product information
In the event of any inaccuracies in stock status or price, ABG reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. If the product has expired or is not available for other reasons, ABG is not obliged to provide the product but can suggest an alternative product. All image information should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and condition of the item. 

By leaving reviews about products on, you also give ABG the right to publish them on and in other channels and media. ABG reserves the right not to publish and/or remove submitted reviews. 

We follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations and Swedish law in the event of a dispute. Any dispute must be resolved by either the Allmänna reklamentationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
